• A clear, reproducible report (request, expected vs actual, the detail message) gets a faster answer.

Account & billing

For account, tier or billing questions, use the contact options on weatherfiles.com. Never include a token (wf_pat_…) in a support message — revoke it instead if it may have leaked.

Service status

The API is best-effort with no SLA in v1 (see Terms). Model freshness and overall availability mirror the website.
